This pesto sauce is a game changer! You can use this with literally anything from dipping veggies or crackers in to toast or pasta! It’s a nice, thick consistency so its very versatile. If you’d like the consistency to be less thick and more liquid, add more oil or water. Enjoy!
- one avocado
- 2 tablespoons of walnuts
- 1.5 cup of basil
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- juice from one lemon
- 1/8 cup of olive oil
- a nice dash of paprika, garlic, and black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon pink himalayan salt
- Blend all your ingredients and you’re done! It lasts in the refrigerator for no more than 5 days.
