Turmeric has become a very popular spice and for good reason: it controls blood pressure, is amazing for the skin, it improves digestion, and has powerful anti-inflammatory effects. This turmeric honey almond milk is delicious for just about anything from lattes to chia pudding. It’s extremely easy to make and tastes 1000x better than any store bought nut milk. Enjoy!
- One cup of my homemade almond milk (make it unsweetened)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- a dash of black pepper
- 1 tsp of honey (or as much as you’d like to make it sweet!)
- Blend all ingredients & you’re done!
