Kidney Bean Flatbreads

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of organic kidney beans (about 1.5 cups)
  • 1 pasture raised egg
  • 1/2 tbs flax seed
  • 1 scoop of further food collagen (code: BALANCEDBRY10 for 10% off and free shipping)
  • 1/4 tsp of each: garlic, pepper, paprika, salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. simply combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a creamy dough-like consistency is formed.
  3. spread on oiled pan (i covered my pan with foil). I made 3 medium sized circles
  4. Bake for 11 minutes, then broil for a couple minutes to ensure a crunchy texture
  5. top one with a fried egg, one with avocado + sauerkraut, and one with arugula, salsa, and sun dried tomatoes!
